HaUI celebrates the 79th Anniversary of the Vietnam People's Army and the 34th National Defence Festival

In a heartfelt commemoration of the 79th anniversary of the founding of the Việt Nam People's Army and the 34th anniversary of the National Defence Festival, Hanoi University of Industry recently hosted a warm gathering to honor veterans and former soldiers who are currently working and studying at the university.

December 22, 1944, marks a historic milestone in Vietnam's history as it was the day when the Việt Nam People's Army was established. For 79 years, the army has been a symbol of strength, courage, and patriotism, defending the nation's sovereignty and ensuring the safety of its citizens. The National Defence Festival, initiated on December 22, 1989, further amplifies the importance of safeguarding the nation's security and fostering a sense of unity among the people.
