Kangnam University, Korea and Hanoi University of Industry talk on training cooperation

On December 14^th, 2018, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) received a delegation from Kangnam University, Korea.

Attending the meeting, on HaUI side, there was Dr. Bui Thi Ngan - Vice Rector and representatives of International Cooperation Department, International Education Center, Faculty of Foreign Languages ​​and Letco Company. On behalf of Kangnam University, Mr. Yi Dong Ju, Director of International Affairs Department, Mr. Lee Jin Woo, Manager of International Affairs Office and Mr. Lee Sang Seob, Manager of Asia Office were present at the meeting.

Overview of the meeting

Speaking at the meeting, Dr. Bui Thi Ngan presented the general overview of the outstanding international training cooperation projects of HaUI, especially those with institutions in Korea. Dr Ngan suggested a collaboration between the two sides on training, facilities and learning resources.

On behalf of Kangnam University, Mr. Yi Dong Ju agreed with the university collaboration proposal. He hopes the two sides will reach more cooperation agreements in the future.

At the end of the meeting, the two parties agreed to sign a Memorandum of Understanding in the near future with the following contents: (1) Collaboration in training Korean language at HaUI, (2) Collaboration in sending HaUI’s students to Kangnam University through HaUI imtermidary company, Letco Company, and (3) Students exchange programs.
