Opening Ceremony of 13th 5S Week

On the morning of 25th April, 2017, Hanoi University of Industry initiated the 13th 5S week with the theme "5S with economical virtues to enhance cost-effective practice"

The Communist Youth Union of HaUI launched the 13th 5S week.

HaUI Youth Union started the 13th 5S week. With the theme "5S with economical virtues to enhance cost-effective practice", the inspection and assessment activities focused on the following sections: reviewing and sorting documents at all faculties, departments, centers and other fuctional bodies, ensuring electrical safety, fire and explosion prevention, controlling evaluation results at all bodies and reviewing signs, bulletin boards in the university campus.

13th 5S week continues to make improvements in 5S activities including self-assessment and published self-evaluation results. Based on the assessment results of each unit, the 5S Committee would revise and give recommendations to each unit in order to maintain and properly implement 5S activities.

After 6 years of implementation, 5S has become an integral part of HaUI’s brandname. 5S Activities are not only implemented throughout the university, but also transfered to many other training institutions and enterprises. These activities have been actively improving the quality of teaching, learning and scientific research activities of the university, creating the distinctive trademark of Hanoi University of Industry.
