Review Conference of HaUI Trade Union of 2021 and planning for 2022

On the afternoon of December 29, 2021, the Trade Union of Hanoi University of Industry held the Review Conference of 2021 and planning for 2022.

Overview of the Conference

Attending the conference was the presence of members in the University’s Executive Committee of the Trade Union and the University Trade Union’s members.

At the conference, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Pham Van Dong - President of the University's Trade Union presented a report summarizing its activities in 2021 and outlining the plan for 2022. Basically, the goals and tasks set out in the 2021 plan of the University's Trade Union have been implemented successfully. Although the COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the University's activities in general and the Trade Union's activities in particular, the University employees have overcome difficulties and completed all year's duties in the spirit of solidarity and cooperation.

The Conference rewarded individuals with outstanding achievements in trade union activities in 2021

With the results achieved in 2021, the Conference rewarded excellent individuals: 01 trade union member was awarded a Creative Labor Certificate, 02 trade union members were awarded a Certificate of Merit of Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; 16 trade union members were awarded certificates of merit from Vietnam National Union of Workers in Industry and Trade.

Additionally, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Pham Van Dong reported the University Trade Union's direction and duties for the next year 2022. The focus has been on continuously ensuring the responsibility of protecting the labor rights and benefits, improving material and spiritual lives of workers, directing departmental trade unions to organize many practical and creative activities for trade union members.
