In the afternoon of 2nd March 2016, HaUI’s Vice Principal Dr Bui Thi Ngan had a meeting with the managing director of Japan’s Shinko Technos Research and Development Corporation (Shinko Technos R&D). At the meeting, there were also the representatives of the Vocational Skill Assessment and Business Relations Center, the Japan-Vietnam Center, the Faculty of Electrical Technology and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Technology.
At the meeting, Dr Bui Thi Ngan thanked Shinko’s leaders for their courtesy to HaUI. She also highlighted that HaUI acknowledged and welcomed Shinko’s recommendations and proposals related to the issues which were previously engaged in detailed correspondence with the university.
In accordance with the mutuality, HaUI hopes that Shinko Technical Research Corporation will provide it with modern equipment and facilities to assist in enhancing the teaching and learning at the university. The university also agreed on the idea to facilitate the programs which closely connect with the businesses to train the high quality workforce that meets the market demand. Besides, HAUI is eligible to cooperate with Shinko to hold the seminars and conferences on technology such as robots, and automation.
On that basis, the details will be mutually discussed and implemented in the early of 2016.
