On April 21, a delegation of Ha Long University (UHL) led by Rector Nguyen Duc Tiep paid a working visit to Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) to discuss construction and operation according to the smart-university model.

On the morning of March 30th, 2023, Siemens DISW and Steaming Cambodia School and Vietbay company visited the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) and exchanged experiences on building and operating the Smart Factory Research Center.

On March 7, Dr. Kieu Xuan Thuc, Rector of Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) chaired a meeting with Education Counselor Trinh Dai Vi and First Secretary Vuong Dinh Quan of the Chinese Embassy in Vietnam. On the afternoon of September 30, 2022, the delegation of Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City led by Dr. Nguyen Dinh Hung - Deputy Head of the Department of Planning and Finance, paid a working visit to Hanoi University of Industry to learn and exchange experiences on the operating model of The Labour Supplying and Training Company Limited (LETCO company). Giving a warm welcome and working with the delegation were Dr. Nguyen Van Thien - Vice Rector of HaUI, Dr. Nguyen Thi Mai Lan - Head of Finance and Accounting Department, representatives of Personnel and Administration Department and LETCO Company.

On the afternoon of September 13, 2022, On behalf of Management Board of Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI), Dr. Kieu Xuan Thuc - Vice Rector welcomed and had a working session with the delegation of Wakayama provincial government - Japan.

On the afternoon of August 3, 2022, Hanoi University of Industry had a meeting with a delegation of Japanese experts to open up opportunities for cooperation in training in the field of automotive technology.

On the morning of July 20, 2022, the delegation of Hanoi Industrial Textile Garment University (HTU) led by Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Vice Rector of the University, had a visit and worked with Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) to learn and discuss digital transformation and e-university model.

On July 6, the delegation of Lao PDR's Vocational Education Development Institute (VEDI) had a working session with Hanoi University of Industry. Dr. Kieu Xuan Thuc - Vice Rector of the University chaired the reception.
