Receiving short term expert

On 3^rd March 2014, Mr. Kazuaki Sato, short term expert of industry communication network was dispatched to work at the Project for strengthening TOT functions at Hanoi University of Industry.

This was the second mission of Mr. Kazuaki Sato in HaUI which was followed by the survey of HaUI-JICA pre-project phase 3 in October 2012.

His three week-missions aimed at transferring necessary knowledge and skills for HaUI and TTC partners in order to develop TOT upgrading training courses about PLC network.

Mr. Kazuaki Sato’s duty was to support HaUI on: (i) review partner’s activity and make plan for technology transferring; (ii) evaluate partner’s ability of PLC network for technology transferring; (iii) develop the draft textbook and curriculum of PLC network training course; (iv) examine HaUI facilities and equipment for further buying.

Receiving short term expert

After gave greeting to HaUI board members, Mr. Kazuaki Sato started his mission as planned.
