The agreement was formalized on October 30, 2024, at a signing ceremony where Mr. Tuong Hong Trai,Chairman of the Members' Council and General Director of Goertek Vina Technology Co., Ltd., highlighted the importance of this partnership to the company. The "University-University-Enterprise" model empowers enterprises by supplying a technically proficient, multilingual workforce equipped with essential skills, enhancing the company’s global competitiveness. It also fosters the development of an internationally oriented talent pool, fully prepared for the modern era’s demands.
Ms. Cao Lan Anh, Director of the International Institute at Guilin University of Electronic and Technology (China), spoke at the signing ceremony for the training and student exchange agreement (3+1).
Ms. Cao Lan Anh, Director of the International Institute at Guilin University of Electronic Technology, expressed her confidence in this collaborative model, noting that it will significantly improve the quality of human resources, producing graduates who are both highly skilled in their field and fluent in foreign languages. She highlighted how this partnership ensures a seamless training process that meets global labor market needs.
Under the 3+1 cooperation agreement, students will spend the first three years studying at HaUI under the main curriculum. In their fourth year, they will transfer to Guilin University of Electronic Technology in China, with academic results and credits recognized by both institutions. After completing the program, students commit to working at Goertek Vina Technology Co., Ltd. for a minimum of 18 months.
