On the morning of February 26<sup>th</sup> 2018, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) organized the scientific conference on “Training highly qualified human resources in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0”.
Participating in this year’s enrollment fair, HaUI wished to provide information, receive feedback and directly answers candidates and their parents’ inquiries about the areas of training and the admidssion quotas of this academic year.
The welcoming event taken place on October 7, 2017 at Campus 3 (Phu Ly, Ha Nam) attracted many students with various interesting activities. This was an entertaining event which inspired new students with confidence in the new academic year.
With the purpose of encouraging candidates of world skills competition 2017, at 14:00 the 4<sup>th</sup> of October, the board of Hanoi University of Industry held a warm meeting with the staffs, lecturers and students.
This morning, 30September 2017, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) organized a former student reunion for cohorts 1-5 of Hanoi Technical Vocational School I (one of the precursors to HaUI) on the occasion of the 50<sup>th</sup> death anniversary of the first rector of Hanoi Technical Vocational School I, Mr. Vo Quy Huan (1967-2017)
On the morning of September 27th, Hanoi University of Industry held a ceremony to announce the Decision of awarding of education quality certificate and welcome new school year 2017 – 2018 at Campus A-Minh Khai Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi.
On September 19<sup>th</sup> 2017, In line with the commitment to cooperation with Hanoi University of Industry, and as an incentive to encourage students to become global citizens, Representatives of Nissan Techno Vietnam and Pasona Tech Vietnam awarded scholarships to 100 fourth-year students of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automobiles, and Chemical Engineering. These students have taken into “high quality engineering program” co-organized by Nissan Techno Vietnam, Pasona Tech Vietnam and Hanoi University of Industry. The program, which has been in operation for 4 years, allows the two companies to directly recruit these 100 excellent students at the end of the course.
On the morning of 25/8, Hanoi University of Industry received a delegation from Japan’s Ministry of Healthcare, Labour and Welfare led by Mr. Junichi Wanda – Vice Director General of Human Resources Development Department - Ministry of Healthcare, Labour and Welfare.
On the morning of 22/8, Hanoi University on Industry worked with the JICA delegates for conducting preliminary studies on Small and Medium Sized Enterprise (SME) Aid in Vietnam.
The Steel Eagle team from HaUI has overcome 10 other teams to win the first prize in the first season of “King of salesmen”.
