On May 5, within the framework of the Project “Building University- Industry Learning and Development through Innovation and Technology (BUILD-IT) sponsored by the US Agency for International Development, was implemented by Arizona State University. Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) in collaboration with the expanded BUILD-IT project held a conference on preparation for training program evaluation according to ABET accreditation standards.

On the morning of April 16, Hanoi University of Industry in collaboration with Hon Hai Technology Group (Foxconn) organized the job workshop and direct recruitment of Foxconn 2022. More than 200 students attended and took the entrance exam directly at the workshop.

On the morning of April 6, 2022 within the framework of the expanded BUILD-IT project, a training session on formulating strategy, vision and communication took place at Hanoi University of Industry. This is the second training session in the series of plans to develop a university strategy.

On the morning of March 23, Hanoi University of Industry had a meeting and worked with Amkor Technology Vietnam. Dr. Bui Thi Ngan - Vice-Rector of the University chaired the meeting.

On March 16, 2022, after a long period of influence by the COVID-19 pandemic, the first trainee group of LETCO Company - Hanoi University of Industry officially exited the country and prepared for a new journey in Japan.

On March 10, 2022, Hanoi University of Industry in collaboration with the Center for Education Accreditation - Vinh University held the Opening Ceremony of the External Evaluation of 04 training programs: Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering Technology, Human Resource Management, Garment and Textile Technology.

From February 22, 2022, to March 3, 2022, the University of Arizona in collaboration with Hanoi University of Industry organized 04 webinars with the theme "Synthesis, presentation, and evaluation of data", “Introduction to the Project Model and Project-Based Learning”. A series of events under the Building University-Industry Learning Development through Innovation and Technology (BUILD-IT Project).

On the afternoon of January 25, 2022, Hanoi University of Industry held a ceremony to award the Doctoral Degrees and Certificates of Merit from the Ministry of Industry and Trade to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in science and technology activities in the 2016 - 2020 period.

On the morning of January 18, 2022, Mitsubishi Electric Vietnam proceeded with the Handover Ceremony of wire-cut EDM equipment to the Vietnam Japan Center - Hanoi University of Industry.

On January 11 and 13, 2022, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) in collaboration with Arizona State University (ASU) and BUILD-IT Project organized a webinar "Effective Assessment and Evaluation of Student Outcome Attainment" with the participation of 50 HaUI officials and lecturers.

On January 7, 2022, the Faculty of Information Technology (FIT) held a scientific seminar on Artificial Intelligence and its application in online training in Industry 4.0.
