HaUI Welcomes Nguyen Sy Sach High School for Career Guidance Tour

On July 10, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) warmly welcomed a group of teachers, parents, and students from Nguyen Sy Sach High School, Nghe An, for a career guidance tour.

This event was part of HaUI's ongoing initiative to organize sightseeing and career guidance activities, aimed at providing crucial information about various careers and training fields, and to create opportunities for students to experience the university’s educational environment.

These activities are designed to advise and assist students in choosing and preparing the best path for their academic and career development. The program offers students firsthand insights into university life and helps them make informed decisions about their future careers.

Dr. Nguyen Van Thien, Vice Rector of HaUI, warmly welcomed the delegation from Nguyen Sy Sach High School. He highlighted the importance of such visits in bridging the gap between secondary education and higher education, and in helping students make well-informed decisions about their future.

Every year, nearly 400 students from Nghe An are admitted to HaUI, with a significant number coming from districts such as Do Luong, Thanh Chuong, and Dien Chau. Currently, the university hosts around 1,300 students from Nghe An, enrolled in majors such as Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, Business Management, Tourism, etc.

He emphasized the significance of the tour in providing students with a valuable opportunity to meet, interact, and learn about HaUI, which boasts a rich tradition spanning 126 years. Mr. Hien hoped that the visit would be a memorable and enlightening experience for the students, aiding them in their journey toward academic and professional success.

Nguyen Ba Diep and Nguyen Duy Trong, both from class 11A, shared their passion for Automotive Technology. They expressed hope and determination to study hard to have the opportunity to be admitted to HaUI.

Nguyen Thi Ngoc Vinh, a student of class 12A, was very impressed with the landscape, learning environment, and friendliness of the teachers and student volunteers at HaUI. Her positive experience further underscored the university's commitment to providing prospective students with a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
