On behalf of HaUI, Vice President Bui Thi Ngan had a meeting in the morning of September 29th, 2014 with representatives of Teikyo University (Japan) to discuss the future cooperation of the two universities.
The meeting was also attended by representatives of International Cooperation Department, Center for Research & Development and Technology Transfer, Faculty of Information and Technology, and Faculty of Automobile Technology.
In the meeting, Bui Thi Ngan said HaUI has sucessfully cooperated with many prestige universities in the region and the world such as Jork Saint John University (UK), Keijion University (Korea), Hunan University (China) and so on to offer short-term and long-term courses. Besides, the Vice President highlighted its experience and achievements in cooperation with Japanese organizations, agencies, and coporations such as JICA, Toyota Coporation, Nissan Techno, etc.
Kazutoshi Mori gave a brief introduction about two mechanics and systematic accuracy, and some automobile technology related information.
Regarding the potential cooperation of the two universities, HaUI leaders suggested some feasible cooperation in 3 month courses, 6 month courses, 2+2 programs, lecturer exchange programs, etc.
Majors in Teikyo’s Faculty of Information and Technology were introduced
to HaUI’s counterpart.
HaUI is now considered the core human resource training unit of Ministry of Industry and Trade as well as a vocational center for the whole country. In the meantime, HaUI also shares common training features with Teikyo University.
With a lot of favourable conditions, the leaders of the two universities expressed their strong belief to offer suitable courses and programs in the fields of automobile technology and information technology, etc.
