The Team of Hanoi University of Industry successfully won the second prize of the overall rankings with two first prizes, three second prizes for individual in the 2017 National Student Physics Olympiad.
The event, taking place from April 20th to April 23rd, 2017 at Tan Trao University (Tuyen Quang City) with more than 300 students participating and 110 lecturers from 44 Universities and Institutes, was an intellectual playground for physics enthusiasts.
The HaUI Team, with excellent performance, was placed second in the overall rankings with 02 first prizes, 03 second prizes for individual. Lecturer Ngo Minh Duc - Head of Division of Physics and Delegation Head was honored to receive the Certificate from the Vietnam Association of Physics.

- Tran Anh Tuan – Class: Automation 3 – K10: First Prize in Experimental
- Le Hong Quan – Class: Heating Engineering Technology 1-K10: First prize in Experimental
- Le Viet Tiep – Class: Electrical Engineering 4 - K10: Second Prize in MCQ
- Dinh Ngoc Hai – Class: Automation 3-K11: Second Prize in MCQ
- Pham Van Thanh – Class Acutomation 1-K11: Second Prize in the MCQ
These worthwhile awards not only acknowledged the efforts of teachers and students in study and scientific research, but also showed the determination of the teaching staff and students to fulfill the university mission to improve the quality of teaching and learning, contributing to the development of Hanoi University of Industry.
