On May 9th 2016, a workshop was held by Meister Minami Co., Ltd. in coordination with Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) to enroll candidates for the Meister course. At the workshop, Mr. Kawashima – the manager of Meister School stated that this is the first Japanese style-oriented training program that has been launched in Vietnam and offered free tuition fee.
Dr. Bui Thi Ngan – Vice Rector of HaUI gave a firm commitment on the quality and effectiveness of Meister courses to students.
“Meister School” is a technician training program that has been officially implemented at HaUI since July 2014. The graduates will be recruited to work in Japan. This has resulted from the close cooperation between Minami Fuji Co., Ltd. and HaUI in meeting work demands in Japan for HaUI students and others.

The trainees will have the opportunity to take a three-month Meister course. During the course, regular Japanese tests are used to test and evaluate each trainee’s progress. After the course, trainees will be guided to make formalities to work in Japan.
The workshop attracted numerous HaUI students.
Joining in “Meister school”, trainees will learn basic Japanese with native teachers as well as necessary skills and familiarize themselves with Japanese culture. Mr. Kawashima – the manager of “Meister school” said that this is the first Japanese technician training program offering free tuition fee. In other words, trainees will not have to pay any fees during their training period.
Both Minami Fuji Co., Ltd. and HaUI agreed that “Human resource training is the most significant factor to make success”. Therefore, training highly-qualified human resources is given the first priority to their successful collaboration.
Currently, Meister courses have been continuously organized at Center for Enterprise Partnership and Vocational Skill Assessment on the 2nd Floor – A7 Building – Campus A.
