The meeting of JICA delegation with Hanoi University of Industry

On December the 14th, 2016 morning, the JICA delegation had a meeting with the Rector, Head of HaUI-JICA Project Management, together with experts and representatives of departments about "technical cooperation project on vocational education - Phase 4 ".

This follow-up activity was carried out to promote the cooperation between Hanoi University of Industry and JICA under "technical cooperation project on vocational education - Phase 4". The school previously had a meeting with JICA survey team on the 6th of December, 2016. Based on the results of the JICA survey team, the delegation conducted a survey on the school facilities. In addition, in-depth interviews were carried out with the management team and the teachers participating in HaUI–JICA project.

Mr. Mitsuhiro Osaki - Head of JICA delegation emphasized that Hanoi University of Industry is a very important element and has the influential impact on vocational training school system in Vietnam. That has contributed to the success of the project in three phases as well as the overall success of JICA in Vietnam. The leader of JICA delegation expressed the desire to continue working and have the successful implementation of the project - phase 4.

Associate Professor – Doctor Tran Duc Quy - Rector, Head of HaUI – JICA Project Management Board confirmed that the university is ready for Phase 4 of the HaUI-JICA project

On behalf of the leaders of HaUI, the Management Board HaUI-JICA project, Rector Tran Duc Quy, Head of HaUI - JICA Management board thanked for the attention and support of JICA, thereby confirming that the university is ready for Phase 4 of the HaUI-JICA project as well as upcoming ODA loans project, and pledged to ensure the quality, requirements and progress of implementing the project.
