Hanoi University of Industry on Wednesday afternoon, April 17th, 2013 received 2 automobile engines worth 300 million VND from Nissan Techno Vietnam Company.
Keiichi MURATA, President of Nisan Techno Japan,, Hiroto NISHIDE, CEO of Nissan Techno Vietnam and Kei HIRATA, advisor, attended the ceremony together with directors of Administration, and Engineering Departments, Heads of Training Centers and other related Divisions. Representatives from Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) included Rector, Dr. Tran Duc Quy, Vice Rector Bui Thi Ngan, Heads of International Cooperation Department, Training Department, and Dean of Automobile Technology Faculty.
On behalf of HaUI, Dr. Tran Duc Quy received the equipment presented by the CEO of Nissan Techno Vietnam.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Rector of HaUI expressed his sincere thanks to the Leader of Nissan Techno Vietnam for the two engines and pledged to use them appropriately, and utilize the equipment effectively in teaching students of Automobile Technology as well as maintain the equipment in good condition, with the aim to improve the quality of technical manpower.
Hiroto NISHIDE believed that the equipment provided by Nissan Techno Vietnam would help HaUI improve the quality of training, and promote a closer relationship between the University and the Company.
After the ceremony, the company representatives and HaUI leaders visited the university’s training centers including Japanese Training Center, Automobile Technology Faculty and Mechanical Engineering Faculty.
