Opening ceremony of specialized engineering class intake 1

On the morning of October 5th, Hanoi University of Industry in collaboration with Foxconn organized the opening ceremony of specialized engineering class intake 1.

Hanoi University of Industry in collaboration with Foxconn organized the class which consists of 71. Those students are from Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Electrical Engineering Technology, Faculty of Electronics Engineering and Faculty of Information Technology intake 1, who were selected through entrance exams administered by Foxconn.

Upon taking this course, students not only have chances to participating in mainstream classes but also undergo specialist technical training and learn soft skills such as foreign languages, professional practices, working procedures, etc. Upon completion of the course, students will be recruited by Foxconn.

Apart from that, Foxconn group is committed to providing a part of tuition fees and granting students special benefits.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Dr. Bui Thi Ngan - Vice-Rector, and Mr. Trác Hiến Hồng - General Director of Science and Technology Hon Hai Group, hope the class will continue to operate as an effective coordinated training effort, benefiting learners, the university, the group and the society as a whole; strengthening the cooperation between the university and the Science and Technology Hong Hai Group, as well as opening up new development direction for the partnership which has lasted nearly 10 years.
