On January 9th, 2017, Vietnamese Students’ Association (VSA) of Hanoi University of Industry ( HaUI) celebrated the 67th anniversary of Traditional Day of Vietnamese students and the VSA (09/01/1950 - 09/01/2017).
The ceremony aimed at reviewing the heroic tradition of the preceding generations who struggled for the freedom and the legitimate right to education of the students all over the country. It also targeted commending those who received “Students with Five Good Performances” title and the underprivileged students.
Over the past 67 years of construction and maturation, VSA has gradually become a bridge, a companion of the Vietnam’s student generations. As a part of the VSA, along with the development of Vietnamese education department until 2017, the Association of HaUI students has been growing strongly, playing an important role in building up the model of HaUI students with excellent knowledge, solid skills, pioneering creativity and readiness to integrate. In many consecutive years, the association has recognized many excellent students and disadvantaged students with good study results.
22 excellent students winning "Students with Five Good Performances" title
22 excellent students receiving “Students with Five Good performances” and 11 underprivileged students were cited at the ceremony. They are students with prominent achievements in study, scientific research, voluntary activities and capability in international integration.

Also at the ceremony, the Organizing Committee gave the awards to the associated organs of HaUI students’ association who had won prizes in performing art and sports activities welcoming the 67th anniversary of traditional day of Vietnamese students and VSA.
