Welcoming Japanese language specialist to pay a working visit at Hanoi University of Industry
On March 12th, 2019, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Duc Quy - Rector of HaUI welcomed and worked with Assoc.Prof.Dr. Hatsumi Kamimura - Japanese language specialist, Tokyo University of Social Welfare.

Speaking at the meeting, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Duc Quy introduced the overview of training programs and international cooperation projects being implemented at HaUI; especially the language training programs. He affirmed that Vietnam and Japan currently have many bilateral cooperation, Japanese enterprises are promoting investment in Vietnam, opening up various job opportunities with high salary for those who are fluent in Japanese. Besides, the Japanese market is becoming a key labor export market of Vietnam in recent years. Therefore, HaUI opened the Japanese Linguistics major (expected to enroll the first course in September, 2019) with the aim of equipping students with a basic knowledge of Japanese language, culture and intensive skills. On this occasion, the Rector invited Assoc.Prof.Dr. Hatsumi Kamimura to participate in training, teaching, instructing teachers and students about Japanese language program at HaUI.

Assoc.Prof.Dr. Hatsumi Kamimura thanked the school leaders for the warm welcome and was impressed with the results of HaUI's language training programs. She agreed to cooperate with HaUI on participating in training, teaching and guiding Japanese language training program. With many years of teaching experience for foreign students studying Japanese, she hopes to help HaUI’s students improve their ability and love to learn Japanese. She also wishes to contribute to build a new partnership between HaUI and Tokyo University of Social Welfare in the future.
