Hanoi University of Industry awards more than 5,000 degrees

On the morning of September 26, 2022, teachers and students from the Hanoi University of Industry had warm and heartfelt moments at the National Convention Center, where they captured priceless memories at the 2022 Graduation Ceremony. Fresh flowers, happy grins, proud diplomas and wishes and farewells before leaving school are all imprinted moments at the event.

Attending this year's Graduation Ceremony, there were representatives of business leaders who have been accompanying the University for years such as Nissan Automotive Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd; Foxconn Technology Group; Samsung Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd; O-OKA GIKEN Vietnam Joint Stock Company; Canon Vietnam Co., Ltd; Denso Manufacturing Vietnam Co., Ltd.

On the side of Hanoi University of Industry, there was the presence of Assoc. Prof. Dr.Tran Duc Quy - Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector of the University; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Hong Quan - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the University Council; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Van Bong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Rector of the University; Dr. Nguyen Van Thien - Standing member of the Party Committee, Vice Rector of the University; Dr. Kieu Xuan Thuc - Standing member of the Party Committee, Vice-Rector of the University. There were also teachers who are the head of the units, the deans of the faculties, the head of the programs, students’ parents and especially the attendance of more than 5,000 new bachelors at the Graduation Ceremony.

Proud of the University’s achievements, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Duc Quy - Secretary of the Party Committee, Rector of the University shared: “During the past 4 years, students have achieved many successes. The number of graduates in 2022 is 5,533, of which 4,439 are K13 students, 08 international graduates (06 Lao students and 02 Mozambique students); 45 students are honored as outstanding students in academic activities, scientific research, and community service activities, 250 students win scientific research prizes at the University level. “Students’ years of training at Hanoi University of Industry are brief, but they are also remarkable. They have contributed to writing a page in the 124-year history of the establishment and development of the University. The University thanks the students for sympathizing, sharing the University’s difficulties, joining hands and contributing to today's achievements. You have every right to feel proud of your contributions…” The Rector was moved to share in the speech.

Hopefully, in the next 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, the University will welcome the good news from you and record it in the University’s gold alumni board of achievements… Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Duc Quy congratulated new engineers and bachelors and kindly reminded them: “…From now on, wherever you travel in the world, whatever path you discover will be watched over by Hanoi University of Industry….”
