Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam Elevates Automotive Education with Phev Car and Charging Station Sponsorship for HaUI
In a significant stride towards advancing automotive education and promoting sustainable practices, Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam (MMV) has generously sponsored Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) with a cutting-edge plug-in hybrid (Phev) car and a state-of-the-art charging station.
The donation, received on the morning of January 22, underscores Mitsubishi Vietnam's commitment to fostering collaboration between the two sides.
Mr. Ryujiro Kobashi - General Director of Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam, expressed his gratitude to HaUI for creating favorable conditions that allowed MMV to contribute to the advancement of learning and research in automotive technology.
He highlighted the importance of collaboration between educational institutions and industry players, stating that HaUI's support provided MMV with the opportunity to engage in meaningful cooperation. The donation of the Phev car and charging station is expected to play a crucial role in advancing the knowledge and technical skills of students in the automotive technology sector.

The Phev car is an externally charged hybrid electric vehicle, featuring a gasoline engine that assists the vehicle's operation when the battery's power decreases. This innovative model aligns with the global trend toward electrified vehicles, designed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and contribute to environmental protection. Particularly noteworthy is its suitability for areas lacking electric charging infrastructure, making it a valuable addition to educational institutions like HaUI.
Assoc.Prof.Dr. Pham Van Dong - Vice Rector of Hanoi University of Industry, expressed his gratitude to Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam. He acknowledged the positive and collaborative relationship that has developed between the university and the company over time. He emphasized that the donated Phev car and charging station would be utilized effectively in ongoing research and study, further enhancing the university's capabilities in the field of automotive technology.
