More than 10,000 students and parents learn about the training programs offered by Hanoi University of Industry
Assoc. Prof. Pham Van Bong, Vice Rector of Hanoi University of Industry, directly provided advice and answered questions from parents and students about the new majors introduced in 2024
Fields such as Information Security, Integrated Circuit Design, Renewable Energy, Robotics, and Artificial Intelligence are thriving in the era of Industry 4.0.
Amidst the boom of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, characterized by digitalization, digital transformation, green transformation, Hanoi University of Industry has seized the trends, mobilized resources, and manpower to establish and train in emerging fields such as Information Security, Integrated Circuit Design, Renewable Energy, Robotics, and Artificial Intelligence. These are fields that align with the societal development needs, offering attractive job opportunities and high salaries.
In 2024, HaUI began offering in-depth training in Integrated Circuit Design for graduates in fields such as Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, etc. The training period ranges from 1 year to 1.5 years, leading to the recognition and award of an engineering degree.
Dao Duy Nhat Anh, a student from class 12a3 at Hoang Cau High School, is determined to enroll in the Electronics - Telecommunications program to pursue further specialization in Integrated Circuit Design and obtain an engineering degree
In recent years, the Information Technology sector continues to be a highly attractive field, recognized for its high demand in recruitment. Despite being newly introduced in 2024, the Information Security field has attracted considerable interest from students.
By 2030, Vietnam aims to transition to the use of renewable energy, focusing on sustainable development coupled with environmental protection. With the shift from traditional energy to renewable energy sources, enrollment in the Renewable Energy program (Faculty of Electrical Engineering) has seen a significant increase in recent years.
In addition to traditional fields such as Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology; the Robotics and Artificial Intelligence field at School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering also attracts many students
Many students are concerned about job opportunities and salaries after graduating from the Electrical Engineering Faculty
Advisors for Automotive field are always busy answering questions and concerns from students
Enhancing cooperation among the three parties
In recent years, society and businesses have consistently valued the quality of human resources from Hanoi University of Industry. Currently, Hanoi University of Industry is establishing a collaborative model among the "three parties": HaUI - Foreign educational institutions - Enterprises. The engineering and technology sector attracts many female students
Given the characteristic traits of women, such as being meticulous, hardworking, detail-oriented, and having a high aesthetic sense, technology and engineering companies are currently in great need of female graduates and engineers. Although the proportion of women in engineering fields is still modest, it is gradually changing, as evidenced by many female students who are passionate about pursuing studies in these fields and have achieved great success in their studies and careers.
Nguyen Thi Ngoc Linh, an 11th-grade student at A Duy Tien High School in Ha Nam, surprises many by her passion for Control Engineering and Automation Technology. Individuals like Ngoc Linh are changing society's perception that girls find it difficult to study and work in technical fieldsHaving a fondness for devices and machinery since childhood, Nguyen Thi Kim Oanh, a student from class 12A12 at Hiep Hoa 2 High School in Bac Giang, plans to major in Electrical and Electronic Engineering to pursue her passion and live up to her interests
The appeal of the Economics, Chemical Technology, Fashion Design sectors
Nguyen Xuan An, a student from class 12a at Duc Ky 2 High School in Hai Duong, is passionate about Chemistry and determines to enroll in the Technology Faculty to contribute more to creating a green, clean environment and protecting community health
Dr. Luu Thi Tho, Vice-Dean of the Garment Technology and Fashion Design Faculty, introduces students to the Fashion Design field. For Nguyen Thuy Dung, a student from class 12D3 at Hiep Hoa 1 High School in Bac Giang, the Fashion Design field satisfies her passion for art with the goal of creating high-quality fashion products
