HaUI supports and motivates students with disabilities
On April 18, 2024, Hanoi University of Industry organized a meeting with students with disabilities on the occasion of Vietnam's Disabled Persons' Day, to provide them with additional motivation, assist them in successfully completing their studies, and maintain an optimistic outlook on life.
Overview of the event
Speaking at the event, Assoc. Prof. Pham Van Dong, Vice Rector shared: “Despite facing many challenges in life and studies, you have been making every effort to excel in the studies and to continually enhance your knowledge and skills to integrate into society. HaUI's leadership, along with teachers and fellow students, will always accompany you and support you.”
Assoc. Prof. Pham Van Dong emphasized that Departments, Faculties, Centers, especially the Student Affairs Office, homeroom teachers, and Student Support Centers, need to address the specific situations of each student with disabilities, providing timely solutions and assistance when they encounter difficulties.
On behalf of HaUI’s leadership, Assoc. Prof. Pham Van Dong presented gifts to the students with disabilities. Hopefully, students with disabilities always maintain an optimistic spirit and joy in both your studies and life

Nguyen Thanh Hang, a student of Garment Technology and Fashion Design shared: Receiving the care and support from the school’s leadership, teachers, and classmates, I, along with other students with disabilities, have gained the confidence to participate in all the activities organized by the school and the Student Union.
