Hanoi University of Industry Partners with Neuromeka (South Korea) to Establish a Robotics Center
According to the Memorandum of Understanding signed on the morning of November 21, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) and Neuromeka Co., Ltd. (South Korea) have agreed to collaborate on a project to establish and operate a Robotics Center. This initiative aims to nurture talent in advanced engineering and implement innovative business models in Vietnam.
The agreement between Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) and Neuromeka Co., Ltd. (South Korea) will serve as a foundation, paving the way for in-depth collaboration in robotics research and development.
The Memorandum of Understanding between the two parties was established to strengthen their collaboration through the Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) project. This project aims to establish and operate a Robotics Center, cultivate talent in advanced engineering, and implement innovative business models in Vietnam.
In addition, HaUI and Neuromeka will enhance the development of training and educational programs in robotics and automation, provide technical expertise and training courses, foster a skilled workforce tailored to the needs of local industries, and design, install, and support the operation of robotic café models.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Van Dong, Vice Rector of Hanoi University of Industry, and Mr. Seo Young Ho, Director of Neuromeka Co., Ltd., signed the Memorandum of Understanding between the two parties.
Speaking at the event, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Van Dong, Vice Rector of Hanoi University of Industry, stated: “Intelligent industrial robotic systems are becoming increasingly prevalent, emerging as an inevitable trend to support task execution and enhance enterprise productivity. Researching and training a high-quality workforce to creatively operate robots will open up numerous opportunities for students to access cutting-edge technologies and secure promising career prospects in the future”

Hanoi University of Industry hopes that through this comprehensive partnership, both parties will collaborate on researching robotic technology applications in manufacturing enterprises, such as in South Korea's shipbuilding sector. This collaboration is expected to advance the training of a high-quality workforce, producing technology engineers capable of operating and controlling robotic systems.
Mr. Seo Young Ho, Director of Neuromeka Co., Ltd., expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome from Hanoi University of Industry and shared his admiration for the university's faculty, students, facilities, and state-of-the-art laboratory systems. He emphasized : These are invaluable resources and the foundation upon which HaUI and the Neuromeka team will make breakthroughs in research, implementing the project to establish and operate the Robotics Center, cultivate talent in advanced engineering, and introduce innovative business models in Vietnam.

To further solidify the upcoming collaboration, Neuromeka Co., Ltd. will install and conduct trial operations of innovative business models, specifically a robotic café, at Hanoi University of Industry. Mr. Seo Young Ho expressed his confidence and hope that the robotic café will not only cater to the needs of students but also spark their passion and ambition, inspiring them to one day create their own intelligent robotic products.
Both parties are committed to working together, collaborating closely, and advancing jointly toward mutual growth and success.
Founded in February 2013, Neuromeka Co., Ltd. aims to improve collaborative robots to make them more accessible, cost-effective, and convenient for industries. Neuromeka focuses on the research and production of industrial robots, system integration, and providing robotic automation platform services.
