On the afternoon of November 26, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Van Dong, Vice Rector of HaUI, hosted a meeting with representatives from Ha Nam’s Department of Education and Training, Oudomxay’s Department of Education and Sports, and a group of Lao students.
