Also speaking at the seminar, Comrade Pham Ngoc Tram, Member of the Executive Committee and Head of the Propaganda Department of Hanoi Youth Union, highlighted the role of the Youth Union in connecting and spreading the spirit of patriotism and revolutionary ideals among the younger generation.
