Goertek Corporation collaborates with Hanoi University of Industry to cultivate high-caliber talent
In 2024, Goertek Corporation is going to collaborate with Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) in recruiting and training human resources, focusing on three main groups: high-caliber talent, Goertek Wings, and engineers/ technicians.
Overview of the working session
Each year, Goertek Corporation recruits over 100 job positions in various fields such as mechanical engineering, electronic communication technology, automation, computer engineering, languages, and business management.

Considering the development model and the main production areas of Goertek Corporation, Dr. Kieu Xuan Thuc believes that the potential for collaboration between the two parties is extremely promising. The university offers 52 undergraduate programs in diverse fields such as Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Electronic engineering, languages, and business management…etc. Some training programs have been evaluated and accredited by the ABET standards of the United States to meet the multi-sector, multi-field recruitment needs of the enterprises.
Goertek initiated collaboration with Hanoi University of Industry in 2019 and established a strategic partnership in 2020. Currently, nearly 250 alumni of HaUI are actively employed at Goertek, including 5 holding Director positions and 34 serving as Department Heads. This remarkable statistic serves as a strong testament to the fruitful collaboration between the two parties and underscores the high quality of education provided by Hanoi University of Industry.
Dr. Kieu Xuan Thuc hopes for the continued development of the linkage model between universities and enterprises to enhance the quality of skilled and linguistically proficient workforce to meet the labor market demands.

With the basic strategy of localizing talent, recruiting, and training employees from top universities and colleges, Goertek aims to cultivate successors and build a core talent team to lead future development.
