Speaking at the seminar on Promoting the Attraction of High-Quality Labor to Work in Enterprises in Bac Giang Province on May 21, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Van Dong, Vice Rector of Hanoi University of Industry, stated that HaUI has established partnerships with thousands of domestic and international enterprises . Recently, Hanoi University of Industry has forged a close relationship with enterprises in Bac Giang Province. These businesses have supported HaUI in developing training programs, providing pre-employment training, offering practical internships, and assisting with job placement for graduates.

The quality of training in technological and engineering disciplines has established Hanoi University of Industry's reputation. HaUI is gradually affirming its position by keeping up with new technology trends. Currently, HaUI is one of 18 educational institutions in Vietnam funded by the government to train and develop microchip and semiconductor technology. This foundation enables HaUI to supply a workforce that meets societal needs.
Hanoi University of Industry hopes to continue receiving support from Bac Giang Provincial People's Committee, Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs of Bac Giang Province, and local businesses. Elevating the cooperative relationship between HaUI and other enterprises in Bac Giang Province will help businesses solve the challenge of sourcing high-quality labor, while also ensuring stable employment and good incomes for HaUI’s graduates.

Mr. Tran Van Ha, Deputy Director of Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs of Bac Giang Province, emphasized that to achieve this goal, in addition to local efforts and the assistance from the government and central ministries, Bac Giang Province seeks the collaboration of educational institutions, including Hanoi University of Industry.
Currently, alumni from Hanoi University of Industry make up a significant proportion of the workforce in businesses in Bac Giang Province, such as Foxconn Technology Group and Luxshare-ICT Company. The alumni are highly regarded for their expertise, skills, and work ethic, with many holding important management positions within companies.
Numerous High-Paying Jobs with Attractive Benefits
In 2024, Bac Giang Province plans to recruit over 112,500 people in fields such as mechanical engineering, manufacturing equipment, electrical and electronic components, mold manufacturing for the electronics industry, industrial electronics, and automation.
At the event, representatives from the Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs of Bac Giang Province, HaUI leadership, and businesses addressed students' concerns about pre-employment training programs, key personnel development, language proficiency, and working conditions.
Representatives from several enterprises in Bac Giang Province provided information on their business activities, recruitment needs, basic salary, working environment, social and health insurance, and other benefits.
Ms. Hoang Thi Thuy, Head of HR department at Luxshare-ICT, stated that the company wishes to collaborate with HaUI to organize training classes for nearly 100 students to work at Luxshare
Regarding labor policies, Ms. Chu Thi Oanh, Deputy Head of Human Resources Department at Foxconn Technology Group, mentioned that employees at the group enjoy attractive benefits and incentives.
Mr. Nguyen Van Huy, Head of Human Resources at New Wing Interconnect Technology Company, expressed the company's desire to recruit final-year technical students from HaUI. The students will receive Chinese language training and be sent for further training in China for 3-4 months. Besides their salary, students will receive benefits amounting to 15-20 million VND per month.
