Enhancing the tripartite collaboration model: HaUI – Chinese Educational Institutions – Enterprises
On May 9th, Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) held a working session with leaders of enterprises and several universities and colleges from China to discuss the establishment and development of a tripartite collaboration model: HaUI – Chinese Educational Institutions – Enterprises.
Overview of the meeting
Recently, HaUI and Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd. (China) have effectively collaborated in developing training programs, facilitating internships, and securing employment for HaUI graduates. Additionally, HaUI has partnered with numerous universities and colleges in China to establish joint training programs (2+2 and 3+1 training programs), and to exchange lecturers and students, achieving significant and important outcomes.
Dr. Kieu Xuan Thuc, Rector of Hanoi University of Industry delivered a speech at the meeting
To meet the increasing demands of the labor market in general and Luxshare in particular, Dr. Kieu Xuan Thuc stated that HaUI and Luxshare have conceived the idea of seeking partners among Chinese educational institutions and enterprises to build and develop the “HaUI – Chinese Educational Institutions – Enterprises” collaboration model. Students participating in this model will not only study and work at Luxshare but also receive training from a third entity, a Chinese educational institution. Both parties anticipate that the workforce trained under this model will meet the following criteria: professional expertise, language proficiency, and cultural and environmental suitability for working in China and in Chinese enterprises in Vietnam.
Mr. Vuong bao Phong, Head of School Cooperation Department, Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd. (China)
During the meeting, Mr. Vuong Bao Phong appreciated the positive results of the cooperation with HaUI. He emphasized that Vietnam is a significant strategic partner. Therefore, establishing the tripartite model will further promote deep cooperation in training high-quality human resources for Luxshare. Currently, Luxshare is collaborating with over 300 educational institutions in China. Luxshare will serve as a bridge to help HaUI and Chinese colleges and universities develop multi-disciplinary cooperative relationships.
Mr. Tan Tu, Assistant Principal, Guangxi Modern Vocational and Technical College, China
Mr. Doan Ho Hoa, Principal, Chongqing Vocational College of Science and Technology, China
Mr. Khau Ham, Vice Principal, Xinyang Foreign Affairs Vocational and Technical College, China
During the working session, Hanoi University of Industry, Luxshare, and representatives from three Chinese educational institutions highly appreciated and agreed on the methods of cooperation. The training disciplines of the parties involved share common ground in technology and engineering fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence, and Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Consequently, the parties will develop educational materials for training, build joint training programs, exchange lecturers and students, provide equipment for professional activities, and share experiences in teaching other languages such as Japanese and Korean.
The collaboration with Chinese educational institutions and enterprises is a crucial trend to ensure and enhance training quality and the quality of human resources, gradually meeting the business requirements of Chinese and Vietnamese enterprises.
