Hanoi University of Industry spreads sporting spirit at the 12th Expanded Sports Festival of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in 2024
The 12th Expanded Sports Festival of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in 2024 concluded successfully. Athletes from Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) left a positive impression, bringing a wave of positive energy and spreading the spirit of sportsmanship throughout the university as well as across the entire Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Speaking at the event, Comrade Nguyen Hong Dien, Minister of Ministry of Industry and Trade, highly appreciated the initiative of the Trade Union of the industry, especially the Trade Union of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, for organizing such a meaningful activity. The Minister expressed his hope that in the future, there would be more sports, cultural activities, and other events to foster interaction and strengthen the bonds among the staff of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

The 12th Expanded Sports Festival of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in 2024 saw the participation of 430 athletes from 30 units under the Ministry. This event served as a meaningful platform to foster collective solidarity, promote health, and motivate the officials, public servants, and workers of the Ministry of Industry and Trade to enhance their work efficiency and excellently accomplish the tasks of 2024.

At the Festival, HaUI athletes demonstrated their commitment to sports training and competed with great enthusiasm. With exciting matches, remarkable plays, fierce competitions, HaUI athletes and supporters contributed to the vibrant atmosphere and the success of this year's Sports Festival.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet and Mr. Nguyen Van Thang excellently won Silver Medals in Table Tennis; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hang won a Bronze Medal in Table Tennis; and Ms. Vu Thi Hoang Yen and Ms. Luu Thi Huyen won Bronze Medals in the women's doubles category in Badminton.
